Becoming a table captain is a wonderful way to make your experience more meaningful; you take a unique role promoting the event, having the opportunity to make your table special by inviting nine guests to join you, and inviting your guests to come alongside the Mission to raise $100,000 at this morning of inspiration.

You are invited to host a table at our 5th annual Arise! Community Breakfast on Friday, March 20, 2020 from 8:00-9:00am at Omni Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Montelucia in Scottsdale.

Tables of 10 are available to purchase for $500 using the form below. This transaction is considered a payment for the event and is not a tax-deductible donation. After your purchase, you will be given access to the Table Captain page so you can provide us with information about your invited guests. Each table seats up to 9 guests plus 1 host. We ask that you enter as much information about your guests as possible so that we can be better informed about those in attendance. You will be able to access the page multiple times in order to add guests as you confirm their attendance.
