Filled Easter Basket Drive

Phoenix Rescue Mission's goal is to provide a basket of blessings for 3,000 needy children at our annual Easter events. Each child will witness a stirring Easter production entitled "Celebrating the Resurrection of Jesus," followed by egg coloring, Easter crafts, an egg hunt and a filled Easter basket to take home. This year our event will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2010

You can help by providing filled Easter baskets

• Contact us to register and tell us how many baskets you will fill
• We will give you 20' x 30' clear plastic bags in which to enclose your basket
• Purchase Easter baskets, pails, buckets or containers that are approximately 10' in diameter
• Fill with Easter grass, plastic eggs filled with candy, wrapped candy, cookies and treats, a new toy, coloring book and crayons, stuffed animal, children's Easter book or children's pocket Bible or New Testament
• Fill the bag to top with any other items to make the Easter Basket Extra Special
• Place filled basket in plastic bag we provide and tie the top with ribbon. If your basket is gender-specific, please clearly mark it "girl" or "boy."
• Return completed baskets by Friday, March 20, 2010 or sooner to:
  Family Outreach Center, 3532 W. Thomas, Suite 9,
  Phoenix, AZ 85019. NW corner of 35th Ave. and Thomas
  (open Monday-Saturday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
