How to Host an Event

Are you hosting an event in which you’d like to donate part of your ticket sales? Are you a restaurant or retail store looking to contribute a portion of your proceeds? Would you like to collect cash donations to help the homeless, hungry and hurting? Imagine how you, your church, school, or company can start something small, or start something large; either way, we need your help!

In order for us to learn more about your idea and how we can help, please fill out the form below. Once your application has been approved, we will contact you in regards to logo use and other collateral. If you have questions, please call Marlena Padron at

Hosting an Event on behalf of the Phoenix Rescue Mission

  • The event coordinator agrees to the following :
    • Plan an event that is respectful of the Phoenix Rescue Mission and its mission statement and programs.
    • Follow IRS guidelines regarding issuing a charitable tax receipt.
    • Obtain permission for Phoenix Rescue Mission for the use of its name and logo in any and all media and print materials related to this event.
    • Handle all monetary transactions and present the new proceeds to Phoenix Rescue Mission within 30 days of the event.
    • Submit each donor's complete name, address and donation information to Phoenix Rescue Mission so that tax receipts can be issued where applicable. Without this information, receipts will not be issued.
    • Obtain all necessary permits, licenses or insurance.

    Phoenix Rescue Mission is not responsible for expenses incurred on behalf of the event and will not assume any financial loss.
